I would really have liked to compare these new prospective (now appointed) directors with those who were apparently proposed in a s249d application.
If the existing new appointees were legitimised within that process then that would be it. If they were not, we would be under different stewardship.
As it stands with this move, the board can have no credibility at all with shareholders, particularly while there is evidently a string puller in the background who needs to go.
