I don't think it's fishy - it was inevitable.
Whoever is accumulating is in no hurry - no imminent deadline.
Just going to steadily buy slowly over the next few weeks.
Possibly predicting the next 4C will show a significant rise in revenue over the last 4C.
Feels like they (the big investor) has had their eye on BRN for quite some time, saw the last 4C, had a think about it, and at their last investment review meeting decided to take a position.
That's what it feels like. Could be wrong.
