These directors are wanting a generous option package for putting the company into administration.
Alastair Cooke wants 3,000,000 options as a reward for losing massive shareholder value and being in admin for a year. The hide of these people.
These morons should be lucky to be paid at all but the first thing they do is give themselves a huge 'payout'. You can plainly see their only motivation, their own pockets and as per usual, it will be an 'overwhelming' yes vote by the few people who turn up. .
I wouldn't let them near my kids piggy bank let alone a ASX listed company.
