I'd say 250,000,000 at $0.08 for 20 million to fund more oil holes over the next 12 months.
Terrible timing again from management depending where you sit but it is what it is. If we get some good surface flows by mid next week the dirty words of Capital raising will be forgotten.
If it is to scale up oil drilling i think its a good move....
