Not sure on your background, but anyone with a brain would have been disappointed with this raise. Plenty of other ways to raise capital in tech space IF you have the right product.

Stop writing absolute nonsense. How on earth would you know if it's going to be 'incredible'
It must be that 'incredible' that they had to shop this raise around multiple brokers at these yearly low prices
