One of the principal obligations of Directors is to keep the market informed. If he is revealing information to individuals on a piecemeal basis, this is hardly meeting that obligation. It suggest to me that what he is telling you "in confidence", is not entirely factual and cannot be corroborated!
I say and demand, that if he information such as "Andrew is all over it, he explained to me the situation with the pump", it could be of immense interest to all holders and should have been released to the market.
Not only that it smacks of inefficiency. To suggest that holders individually contact him to ascertain the latest information is ludicrous!!!
