Whilst capital raising can definitely dilute sp I think the LT view needs to be taken. I feel that flow test results and capital raising will be released at the same time. Moreover, my 'guess' would be that flow test results are good enough to go commercial and that the company wants to go it alone for as long as possible before letting a large JV partner come in and take some of the spoils. We could see many holes being drilled in the near future, all funded by ctp.

I may be wrong but I don't think it is legal to deliberately make semi correct/false announcements that will boost sentiment and sp only to undermine it by a capital raising. I think this id going to go very well in the long term.
