Wasnt it just a few days back when CDU said that they would not be raising cash at the $2 mark?

Odd that they have been buying at over $2 recently and now have issued new shares at $2.

I did mention a few months back that they would be raising some cash ahead of the requirement for the mine development but the cheer squad dismissed that.

I see that Azure states that the CDU registry is made up of retail investors. They dont think that there are any instos hiding there.

That placement may well set the standard for the cash needed for the mine.
