I think that the best option will be to club together and get some legal advice. Removing directors is not that difficult with sufficient shareholder support. And it shouldnt be too difficult to find someone to run the company within clear guidelines for a lot less than the 2m+ it costs today. Perhaps the first thing we should do is see who else on this forum is interested in taking this forward. Be interesting to see if Mike Joseph is on this board, his handle on lse used to be bigmj I think. Unless he is the seller, he may still have 9%. I myself still have 3%
