"with sufficient shareholder support" is the tricky bit, Unprecedented. There have to be enough shareholders up for it to make it possible. If we get negligible response on here I'm not sure how we could take the idea forward with any prospect of success. I wouldn't mind chipping in with some cash but we have to be careful not to throw good money after bad.
