Is the source here not a deeply weathered alkaline intrusive? The predominant rock type is the Big Bell Suite monzogranite. These are all similar lithology conditions to the most commercial rare earth deposits in China, albeit Venture having much higher grades than most of the Chinese deposits. The company's suggestion that this is becoming an "incredibly impressive project" seems to to indicate they are not concerned commerciality of the discovery.
