Re Canatrek---August 2023, we completed our first share sale facility to enable eligible Cannatrek shareholders to participate inthe sale and purchase of fully paid ordinary shares in the capital of the company. The facility resulted in a clearingprice of $0.60 per share, implying a $152.6M equity value of the Company (based on 254.3M shares as at 30 June2023). We intend to re-open the share sale facility along similar lines prior to the end of the year, this time allowingnew eligible investors to come in on the buy side.
