“General200” — which stands for 200 dead on the battlefield...."
'200' is a term used to describe a slain soldier (both in Russia and Ukraine)
300 - wounded
400 - concussion or captured
500 - refusing to fight.
So "General 200" means he's famous for getting his own soldiers slain.
