Thanks PN, your post confirmed that what I said about the blackout period for the quarterly that was released on 29 Jan is accurate.if you keep reading the policy there is a section on insider trading, which echos the law (Corporations Act). Which is the best explanation as to why from 30th to 2nd (inclusive) he didn't trade (because it's against the law).can you elaborate on what you think was wrong in the justification?
