Metals Acquisition Limited - Metals Acquisition Limited Initial Offering in Connection with ASX Listing Oversubscribed and Upsized to ~A$325million

Metals Acquisition Limited (MAC) owns and operates the CSA copper mine in Cobar western NSW, having acquired it last year from top 10 HAV shareholder, Glencore.



Reportedly MAC is seeking to acquire a second Australian copper asset after its ASX listing later this month (Source: The Australian).

As we know, HAV's greenfield copper-gold asset Kalkaroo in north-east SA is up for sale.

Interestingly while the grades at CSA are higher than at Kalkaroo, the reserves at Kalkaroo are greater than at CSA:

If MAC has any interest in Kalkaroo, presumably Deutsche Bank is already on it.
