As this issue results in dillution, for sure is not a good news, but this dillution is partly offset by the share buy backs.

The reason for this issue is not to raise money, it has injected confidence in the company by bringing in a institutional investor. Gives me more confidence holding this share short term.

I can't share the pain of drop from $5 to $2 on this share as I bought in after the fall at $2.40, but I have had similar rides of 50% drop on other stocks.
