From what I know, as far as the wider global processes go, Russia is in the same boat as everyone else. Digitalisation, CBDC (Russia launched the digital rouble last year I believe) and so on and so forth.
Many of the high-level Russian decision-makers and government affiliated organisations were listed on WEF's website "partner" section (until February 2022 when they decided to remove those names from their website for some reason), Klaus Schwab referred to Putin as being one of the Young Global Leaders of the WEF. Russia also went ahead with all the WHO-powered vaccine mandates, lock downs and the rest of the COVID-19 related shenanighans.
So as far as higher-level stuff goes, as I already said, Russia is in the same boat as everybody else.
