Ann: Notification of cessation of securities - RNO, page-18

I have not followed RNO for a very long time, though sill holding every single share I bought. What's this "when it goes private"? I have not read anything about RNO for I can't remember how many years now, is there talk about some entities taking it private? It seems the guys who run this company just keep on missing the boat and missing the train for everything. Recently they tried to dabble into the COVID tests if I remember correctly, but nothing comes of that too, right?
