Not sure why people don’t get this. And the fact that the PPSA won’t kick in until production starts anyway. It’s clearly now for a partners benefit. Question is, since the PPSA is already completed does it need amending if a partner comes on board? Hopefully it’s written so our share can be distributed at whatever % is agreed without needing any amendments.
