I have no skin in this game except by dint of old age I have observed the drama for a long time and also being a history buff have read the history of the "plight" of the Jewish people who have been abhorred and shunned throughout history
I believe that they see this as a last stand for their nation so will literally do whatever is necessary to survive added to although they have many fair weather friends they can only rely on themselves
As to the USA ( Bidden version) they are not reliable as have supported the Arabs to an extreme degree
So my deep concern that if all else fails they will deploy nuclear weapons indiscriminately to eliminate all opposition
There are numerous situations where countries have taken extreme measures as they believe there is no alternative :- Japan 1941
So called leaders never suffer
It is the people who suffer and they never get a say or a vote or to choose
