At the end of the day holders are here because of the asset, holders are hurting because of PHs mismanagement. Perhaps you are better off contacting PH and advising him to sell tomorrow before the ship sinks. But so far none of what you have said they should, could or will do has eventuated, so I’m guessing PH wouldn’t take your advice to sell and go either.
