I mean to say what is NSW trying to say here . That their coast
line is better than any other states or we we want your commodities
but we can't touch ours. The other states should get together and say
yea you can bring in your new laws but you are going to have to pay
the going rate for your gas, if you are not going to contribute anything
to Australia's needs.
