I think Skychief is saying that UBS has spent the resources to achieve an almost 8% stake so that they will force the SP to stratospheric heights, sell the whole lot, causing another notice of change of substantial holding, then begin borrowing shares to short them. Cannot see UBS bothering with a seriously risky punt for minimal gain personally, but if they did, they would benefit holders all the way up, as well as anybody who wanted to short it on the way down.
