Around 6 months ago, I think CBA embarked on an aggressive on-market share buyback. The shares were then trading around $102-$105. If that is so, and if they they haven't sold those shares, CBA are now sitting on a 10% paper profit. I think this bodes well for a healthy dividend, but it may be accompanied by some weakness in the SP if CBA were to sell those shares....? GLTA....
