I'm sorry but I have to disagree. they have built their whole narrative around 8.8% - to get 3% under vacuum is extremely negative
I also find an unspecific figure of >3% highly suspicious given it is the min required to be commercial - critical eye would view this as manufactured. it also gives them the ability to wriggle out of it in the future given it's non-specific
