You are spot on. When you throw a thousand darts, eventually 1 will hit on or close to the bulls eye. Even for the completely inept. His constant and persistent negative commentary was no longer bearable. That is why he is always on the ignore list of so many.
Despite what those like him like to peddle, IMO the longs always win in the end on a good stock, simply because they have the patience to invest long, which is safer, less stressful and has better gains than shorting.
