Sounds like they just gave TVN a free hit which is incredibly rare in this business world when you have shareholders interests to protect. I doubt TVN would have done the same in return.. is he lining up a seat on their board?

I can only see this as a negative and means we can’t ramp up our drilling program like we would have wanted because we have to wait longer for this $5M.

I wouldn't put it past Barton, the man is entirely self centered and once on the phone remarked to me "shame you didn't buy this other companies stock that has done very well for me" I couldn't believe it
