To add, businesses will pay above the spot price. They have no choice, with demand by far exceeding supply (these projects to a decade to get up and running).
That’s the stupidity of the Chinese spot price tampering. They only serve to shoot themselves in the foot.
Projects are going ahead, and they will negotiate separately and not aligned to the spot price if they require.
