Imagine you can't make an entire production line of vehicles because you can't get your hands on NdPr.
Not just for engines, but for all the other components too.
Now extrapolate this to wind turbines, jet fighters, electronics, MRI machines, etc etc.
The price of the NdPr becomes insignificant.
