No I think it was just another way of putting more lipstick on the pig by a confusing way of representing the numbers .
Only 72% of shareholders eligible to vote voted ie 28% didn’t vote which is probably small retail holders who either couldn’t work out the process or have lost interest.
Add to that the number who fell for the pre filled ballot paper it means at best including Board support it was a 50:50 decision ie 55 to 45 being the result.
At least now OB has to underwrite the cap raise so an expensive exercise and needs to put some of the money taken back in.
