@kudo, I will be placing you on ignore after this post as your posts are mostly emotional and mostly inaccurate.
The insto raise was $2.5m. The terms were decided by bells prior to going to market. Insto were impressed to the extent that they up the CR to $4.3m. This is a great result in this market and is manly due to the "cheap" valuation of the company. At 3.7c the market cap pre money is around $53mAUD. IMHO, thats about 1/2 the price of fair value given the progress and signed contracts that the company has made.
