1. EM has no Fabs. They source out the manufacture to one "6" Fab and two "8" Fabs. They invented a name " comunity integrated device manufacure". Ha, it is a joke.
2. "6" Fab stopped process AKp's product because they had orders from other customers.
3. Both two "8" Fab suffers from wafer stree issues. They failed to delivery working samples. Maybe or maybe not they could solve tbe issue because they never do MEMS process. No time frame at all.

If samples all fails, what loss to do with EM? Nothing, EM only source out the order from AKP.

China's semiconductor has a bad reputation, even worst than Isral. Fred need to explain why shift from Tower Isral ( A real foundry) to EM ( outsourced to other foundry). Even has no plan B.
