4. War slowing everything down, supply chain, interest in electrification and politics.

Main issue for me is with China, China and China.

I would disagree on point 4 partially. Yes War is slowing down supply chains but it is generating extra call for drones and other systems that rely on rechargeable batteries. The military appetite for cobalt is increasing.
