The SOI is now ~8.6 billion (not 6 billion), and you don't seem to understand how a consolidation works. There's no monetary benefit to any shareholder, your holding stays the same $ value. The fact the SP goes up is neither here no there because you'll get allocated a proportional reduction in the number of shares. It just makes the SOI look smaller, so it doesn't ring alarm bells with future investors, pointing to the massive dilution that has occurred. Actually I think consolidations should be banned, because they hide poor management practices.
