You are acting as if it's not in management's interest for Comet to do well.. Management & BoD own circa 8% of the entire company. Do you really think they would dilute shareholders (and themselves) if it wasn't necessary? I too am surprised by the raise but I believe the reasoning behind the capital raise will be that it was the necessary next step, I believe it will be well-explained and will ultimately be for the betterment of all shareholders. It's unfortunate that investors jump to conclusions and point the finger angrily at management lol. If people would care to use their available resources / research tools etc etc they may uncover info than they thought possible.
