I can answer this as I've been aiming to dump this garbage stock for a LOOOONG time.
If it's in suspension you cant sell. So even if you're looking to offset capital gains in other areas by having a write down due to this company being a complete dumpster fire you're SOL.
Until these goobers get re-listed it's just a significant paper loss without any actual upside.
