Its more than that. They have to pay back the principal $22.6m. The market cap is only $7.6m. The dump is underwater. It's at least $2.6m in annual interest payments. They have used nearly all cash reserves and have burnt more cash than receipts every quarter for the past 4 years. This is not retrievable and no one is getting anything out of this.
