This is just my personal opinion, but I consider India (the nation) to be a fairly large entity.

GR has a large enough war chest (almost $20B, and accruing $5B per annum at current iron ore pricing) that she can wait and strike at the time of her choosing.

Personally, I want to go mining, and eventually collect 15-20 years worth of dividends, and hope she settles for 19.9% and a seat on the board, but realistically, she'd have already taken a seat (or two) on the BOD, if that was her intent. I'm hoping that TO, TG and the LTs block GR, the same way she blocked ALB, and she's forced to settle for a seat, or, "worst case," she bites the bullet and pays an adequate premium so that I (we) don't mind being bought out.

Back to the coal mine. Best regards, and have a nice day.
