btw on a red day AVB may do OK. They are not a producer, but copper prices keep on improving and I just read that Russia has put a 10% duty on copper exports and increased nickel from 5 to 10%. Maybe our goverment shoul have put on an export duty on some minerals like the Chinese, etc do. It sounds better than tax.
