Yep. Theres so much stock I have substantially increased rents on all of my properties over the past 20 years.
I really hope this ''severe over supply of stock'' continues for the next 20 years too...my rental return will tripe again!
Its a very interesting concept don't you agree, how the ''oversupply of housing stock'' results in higher and higher rents every year?
