I often wonder this as well, but I see with the growth profile they are aiming for A$1B revenue in 3-5 years in which case they would be benefitting from economies of scale and the margins should improve.
In my view it's becoming a trusted brand - as a personal anecdote, my wife orders from the online store and the furniture arrives in around two days.
Also I wouldn't be surprised if some of the bigger players are taking interest.
