Lol no, Its actually a good sign, It is the same crew that is trying to keep it down to accumulate low... If you have a look the exact same crew did the exact same thing on the 1st feb , they do not want it up and want to be the first to be in when TH of news comes in and it opens 50 -100% if not more.
