I say they are overpaid, WAY TOO COMFORTABLE, and don't really NEED their holdings to go up (for now) as they know in the years to come (2-3years) it will be way higher and they will have accumulated many more freebies at lower levels.
Their salary gives them a good lifestyle RIGHT NOW and so they don't have the hunger of the founder/owner who takes no/minimal salary. They have the reverse of what you commonly see in the US. Founders take small salaries in the US as they know share price gains are the key to wealth. Larry and Pete are kindergarteners in comparison to their peers in other companies.
