given the obscene amount of money the australian government has received over the decades from mining you'd think they'd set up a future fund to support miners at times like these.
nope, it's all been pissed up the wall.
so now it's the australian tax payer's obligation to invest in a resource in the hope demand will turn around because the government of the day can't think past the next election. get real, we're not a charity.
