    Putin repeatedly says Ukraine is part of Russia. Well if it is, why doesn't his army take it all?
    The truth is one of two things:
    1 His military resources are depleted and they can't risk further advance
    2. His bombastic claims are just that...bullsh*t

    It's not Stalin's irresistable Red Army any more.
