if they want to cover the Cost Or working Capital into routine Business - AVA will go to Public / SPP (most likely not the case at the moment)
If they want to deploy funds into Vertical business Or new Segment then they will go to Strategic Investor.
they dont have any issue in raising money from Market.. they have returned enough money and in this market also CR will be Oversubscribed.. This Company believes in bringing Quality people on their Board Or on Cap Table at least.
just after Acquiring GJD they declared Dividend and thereafter Placement.. they declare dividend and then Accept money from Strategic investor. May be i am looking differentl.
Point being Made.. if Covering the Cost is an issue then they can delay paying Dividend but they never do that.. they do not hesitate to pay to SH, at same time they will invite strategic Investment.
