The saboteurs theory is that they don't want there to be any competition to their own LI regions....or at least delay any other foreign entity.......Yes, I know that's clutching at straws but......cannot understand why other wise.
On the other side for arguments sake, timing release of good results into a down market may not be great for share price and delay is good for management to orchestrate a major land grab (Tin Hill.... or whatever its called) and word up potential offtakers( Tesla) or others/financers into a smooth flow of news to come from mid Feb onwards....

Hmmmmmm......That's right about now now ain't it?
