can't find prospectus and no one is answering emails?
just go in a month ago, sp was stable fo rmonths, a be it on light trade, insiders knew this was coming as the sp slide before announcement
how do i find a prospectus,,,, looked at link provide but its a mess finding anything via its search platform
i need to average now, 1 year traget $2

sent an email to them saying it was not great this low offering.
