Seems like Horizon get their hands on 520K oz of gold for about $10M worth of scrip plus 37% of their current market cap. All up probably less than $20M. Less than $40/oz 'discovery.' Nice work if you can get it. Plus Mt. Thirsty of course which in today's market is probably not worth a lot. Seems like a fire sale to me but I guess we may well have been out of options. These discussion obviously must have been going on for some time so not sure why we would bother spending money on pit optimisation studies and then releasing some fluff to the market about same. Not to mention the $300K spent on Horizon's tenements not long ago. WTF! Ashok Parekh at first glance looks like a mover shaker (no wonder he jumped on GSR assets at that price.) Hopefully his mob can do something about it all. But can we somehow not allow Chris Hansen to be on the new board. Faark him!
