    Despite the large number of shares purchased yesterday, continuous harassment through emails, text messages, and phone calls, along with all the scare tactics and misleading announcements, this only brings RG’s holdings to 86.57%.

    He still needs to acquire an additional 11,819,637 shares to reach the 90% hurdle.
